Chasity D. Martinez was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. Chasity obtained an academic scholarship to attend Southern Methodist University where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology. After graduation, she worked in the class action litigation department at a global law firm and soon decided to attend law school at The University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, Chasity served as the President of the Board of Advocates and oversaw the administration of moot court competitions as well as mentored moot court competitors. Chasity graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2012.

Upon graduation, Chasity began her legal career in the real estate industry but decided to transition to personal injury to have the opportunity to truly make a difference in her clients’ lives. Chasity has successfully litigated personal injury cases in state and federal court and has also represented clients on a national level in mass tort cases.

Adding color to her litigation pallete, Chasity joined the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office where she worked as a prosecutor and gained invaluable trial experience fighting for justice for Dallas County citizens. After a few years as a prosecutor, Chasity realized she wanted to utilize her trial skills in the personal injury arena to help those who have been injured due to the wrongful actions of others.

Outside of the office, Chasity enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and traveling.
