Rick Waterhouse, Jr.
Attorney
Rick Waterhouse was born in Texas but moved frequently growing up as the son of an Officer in the Army. He graduated from Baylor University’s Business School with a double major in Economics and Finance and went on to obtain a law degree from Baylor University School of Law.
Rick has worked both sides of the docket and has practiced in a wide variety of personal injury areas including wrongful death, auto accidents, premises liability, trucking collisions, industrial accidents, motorcycle crashes, and maritime injury accidents. His current practice is primarily representing injured individuals and their families.
Rick is an attorney in the firm’s litigation department. He has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 2007 and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was a former Panel Chair on the District 11A Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas and was proud to serve as the Chairman of the Committee for District 11A. Rick also served on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for District 11A for the State Bar of Texas. He was named as a Texas Rising Star in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2008.
Rick lives in North Texas and enjoys deep sea fishing, scuba diving and spending time with his German shepherds.
